Aerating Rates

We charge a minimum charge of $75 to aerate:
$75 covers up to 1000 sq' of lawn area;
then 4.5 cents per sq' for the next 1000 sq',
then 3.5 cents per sq' for remainder of lawn area.

So, if your lawns are 1000 sq' or less, the rate would be $75. 1000 sq' is about 32 by 32 feet, or 20 by 50 feet. A two car garage is about 500 square feet.

The lawn shown here at the right is approximately 1000 sq', so it would cost $75 to aerate this lawn.

If your lawns are 2000 sq', the rate would be $120.

For 3000 sq' the rate would be would be $155. The bigger the lawn, the less you pay per sq'.

We can fertilize your lawns for free if you'll pay us the nominal cost of the fertilizer, which is about $6 per 1000 sq' feet. We use premium fertilizer. To learn more, click HERE then scroll down to the section about fertilizing (Feed Me).
